By purchasing a membership you ARE notified that it is a recurring monthly Payment. We need 2 weeks notice to cancel a membership. We cannot refund a month’s membership retrospectively so please do not ask us to do so. We are happy to cancel a membership once we are notified on time.

You MUST notify your instructor if you have ANY under lying injuries or conditions. (inc Pregnancy as some classes are UNSUITABLE for pregnancy)
Do NOT attend class if you have any pains , aches , strains of any description.
You must get full go ahead from your doctor before commencing any new excercise or physical activity.
Please stay home if you have ANY covid symptoms, are a close contact or if you or any member of your household has any symptoms or is awaiting the result of a covid test.
BY BOOKING OR PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE YOU ARE ABIDING BY THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Waiver of Liability for attending SYNC Studio & taking part in SYNC Online classes.
I understand and expressly agree that my use of this or any SYNC Health and Wellness Service (in studio or online ) involves the risk of injury to me (the client) I understand that these risks can range from minor injuries to major injuries. In consideration of my participation in the activities and use of the facilities, exercise equipment, or services offered by the SYNC Health & Wellness, I understand and voluntarily accept full responsibility on my behalf and on my guest’s behalf for the risk of injury or loss arising out of or related to my use or my guest’s use of the facilities, exercise equipment, or participation in exercise programs or other services. I further agree that the SYNC Health & Wellness, its affiliated companies and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, agents and independent contractors (collectively “Psycle Wellness, Ltd.”) will not be liable for any injury; including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, disability, death, economic loss, or any damage to me, my spouse or domestic partner, guests, unborn children, heirs, or relatives, resulting from the negligent conduct or omission of the SYNC Health & Wellness or anyone acting on the SYNC Health & Wellness’s behalf whether related to exercise or not. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I do hereby forever release, waive and discharge the SYNC Health & Wellness from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action against SYNC Health & Wellness / Psycle Welllness Ltd. I further understand and acknowledge that the SYNC Health & Wellness does not manufacture fitness or other equipment in its facilities, but purchases and/or leases equipment; therefore, the SYNC Health & Wellness will not be held liable for defective products.
Agreement I agree to comply with the SYNC Health & Wellness’s membership policies and club rules that may be communicated to me from time to time either in writing, through club signage, or verbally.
The SYNC Health & Wellness may, in its sole discretion, modify the policies and any club rule without notice at any time. The SYNC Health & Wellness reserves the right to refund the pro-rated cost of unused services and terminate my membership immediately for violation of any membership policy or club rule.
I confirm that I have NO COVID19 symptoms and that I am not waiting on the results of a COVID-19 test.
I have not been identified as a close contact of a confirmed case.
By renting the SYNC stationary bikes, you agree to pay the weekly payment as stated in the initial quote until bikes are returned to studio. Renter accepts all liability for anything that happens while using the bike. Renter hereby agrees that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in indoor cycling and exercise and in using indoor cycling and exercise equipment. In consideration of being allowed to use bike provided by SYNC, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the classes and facilities, (2) waive, release and forever discharge SYNC, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from the equipment, and (3) represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from using any of SYNC’s bikes and/or put you in any physical or medical danger, and have not been instructed by a physician not to do so. Renter agrees to transport the bike to and from specified studio location and will bring it back to the studio upon request. If the bike is not returned within 3 days of the requested return date, the renter must pay a rental fee of 50 euro per day until the bike is returned to the studio. The renter agrees to keep the bike indoors and clean it regularly. The renter is responsible for any new visible or internal damage to the bike and will be billed accordingly.
