Can I join a Pilates of yoga class if I have never done it before?
Yes, everybody is welcome! We offer Pilates and yoga classes at different levels, but some classes are more intense than others. If you are unsure of which course is better for you, drop us a line and we will recommend the program that suits you best.
Can I attend the yoga classes remotely?
Yes, we have been offering online yoga, Pilates and spinning classes since the pandemic. You can check out our class schedule and sign up for any free spots from our timetable here.

How can I arrange a yoga or Pilates course for my employees?
Simply book a class online or get in touch with us and we will find the corporate wellness program better suited for your office needs. We have tailored several classes, especially for corporate clients, using yoga – Vinyasa flow, chair yoga, yogalates – a mixed class of yoga and Pilates and PHIT fusion of Pilates and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).
Are indoor cycling and disco spinning classes meant for beginners?

How many times a week should I attend a Pilates or yoga class?
For a full workout, Pilates and yoga classes are recommended 3 or 4 times a week, but we can arrange as many classes as you want, or only once a week! Our classes are designed to help and motivate you, and even an hour of movement is better than none. Check our timetable for classes or contact us for more information.
